Hi, I’m Kinyette - founder of Unpause Wellness, certified health coach, and midlife enthusiast. I created Unpause because I know what it feels like to hit a moment where your body shifts, your energy dips, and your priorities demand a reset. But I also know this: midlife isn’t a breakdown - it’s a breakthrough.

In my 50s, I’m not winding down - I’m lifting heavier, running harder, and living bolder than I did in my 30s. I’m passionate about helping women (and men) rediscover their power through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes - no fads, no fear, just results.
